Pursuant to section 12Q(3) of the Public Order Act 1969, a list of the United Nations specified entities, prepared and certified by the Minister and published by the Financial Intelligence Unit, is deemed to be prima facie evidence that the list is a correct list of entities designated by the United Nations Security Council as specified entities.
